The $5.95 S/H charge
on this site is for Free Sample
Orders only.
All other purchases
will be priced on a per order basis.
If you would like a
shipping quote prior to ordering please
contact us.
Shipping charges are
typically determined by product weight, size, and ship-to-address, therefore
the cost of shipping is not included in the TOTAL price.
For orders (other than Free Sample Orders)
you will receive an order confirmation. We will not process your order
until you approve the shipping cost.
We
use UPS or Fed Ex depending on size weight.

Standard Delivery: |
We cannot ship rolls of carpet (12' wide)
to a residence (we can ship carpet tiles to residences.) We can ship rolls
of carpet to one of our affiliate stores near you, to your installer or an
installer that we can recommend or to a shipping terminal for pickup. |
Motor freight is used for larger and/or
heavier items. Your flooring will be delivered “curbside”. You will need to
be home to accept delivery and unload the merchandise. The motor freight
company will not be responsible for unloading or bringing the merchandise
into your home. |
Premium Delivery: |
Liftgate delivery is available for an additional charge.

Pick up at an affiliate flooring store: |
In many cases
you or your installer can pick up the flooring products from one of our affiliate flooring
stores throughout the United States. We can also recommend certified
flooring Installation Companies throughout the US that can receive and
install the flooring for you. |

GreenFloors Return
Policies
If the return is due
to a GreenFloors mistake or manufacturing defect, we will pay for the return
shipping.
Conditions
for other returns:

If you receive defective or damaged
merchandise, notify us within 48 hours so that we may begin processing your
claim.

All items, other than defective products,
must be returned in their original unopened packaging and condition.
- Products
may be returned only if defective and only
for an exact replacement.
- Must be
pre-approved. |

Sample Order Fulfillment Policy |
Currently, most sample items are shipping within 7 business days. However,
some items (almost exclusively carpet and leather) may be on backorder from
the manufacturer, and could take 3-4 weeks to ship. If an item that you
ordered has been on backorder for more than 90 days, it will be cancelled.
